Dr. Brooke attended the University of Guelph where she received an undergraduate degree in animal biology, then a master’s degree working with the cheetahs at the African Lion Safari. After this she was accepted into the Ontario Veterinary College where she received her DVM in 2014 along side Sarah Darakhshan.
Dr. Brooke has a strong interest in small animal reproduction as well as behaviour. Brooke’s interest in behaviour started after bringing home her stabyhoun Rubic, who has separation anxiety. So after living in a house with a dog with anxiety Dr. Brooke loves to answer questions and help clients who are experiencing similar challenges.
Dr. Brooke really enjoys spending time with partner and son and shares her life with her “zoo”, Chaps her first horse, dogs Rubic and Lilly and two cats Bree and Little Bear. Dr. Brooke has participated in UKC confirmation shows, agility as well as rally training with Rubic
